Create AVD

I am share my knowledge on this blog, if anybody find something wrong please comment me, so I am able to improve myself and other my blog viewers.

In this lesson we will create an AVD (Android Virtual Device from the Eclipse IDE).

  1. Select AVD icon from the toolbar of the eclipse IDE.
  2. A dialog box will be opened. This is called AVD Manager.
  3. Press New button on it.
  4. A new dialog will be opened with caption "Create New AVD".
  5. Write its name, its your choice, select SDK version, SD card size, may be 10, and select your desire resolution.
  6. Press Create AVD Button and your AVD is created.
Congratulation your AVD is created now you can test your code on AVD.
